We endeavour to respond promptly to any breakdown and will always try to get your equipment running on our first visit to your site. If this is not possible, we will diagnose the fault and provide you with a quotation for the repair work. If accepted we will source the relevant parts and return to repair your equipment as swiftly as possible. This allows you to minimise any down time and keep control of your repair costs.

On completion of any repair, we check the safe and correct operation of the appliance and provide a clear and detailed record of works carried out, including the actual running efficiency of the appliance (where applicable) and any advisory or relevant information.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are on hand to deal with your problem. In addition we operate an out of office hours emergency contact system to get you an engineer when you need them: night or day.
